You know you're a Gooch if...

... you know what a #5 is! :-)

Fortunately, I know what one is.

Unfortunately, I still have not quite learned how to use one.

I just decided that there is a reason it is a Gooch thing... It's because Gooch's need it so much in order to get them to do anything. Soooooo, if I could just learn how to use one, maybe I could figure out how to get Jacob to do things... and maybe Jeremy too! ;-)

For those of you non-Gooches out there, a #5 is a way of hinting at something without being such a direct hint but rather in a way that it makes the other person think that it was their idea! :-)

P.S. I hope everyone had a very HAPPY EASTER yesterday!!! :-)

Oh Tammi! You need to watch the movie "If a man Answers" It is an oldie... and very Key Goodie!

That may give an idea on how to do a #5 and effectively! ;)

Hint, hint... It's now your idea that the music on your blog should either be moved to the top so it's easier for visitors to turn it off OR removed from the blog altogether. Nice music, but annoying when you have a kid sleeping in the same room as the computer and all of a sudden it just starts up with no warning. EEEK!

I love to work those #5's on Dave. His mom coached me on how to do it before she passed away. It was great advice.

Maybe you can give me some pointers, Larin!

To Anonymous: I'm sorry if I woke anyone up, but hint, hint... it's now your idea that if someone is asleep while you are on the computer that you mute your volume so that doesn't happen on anyone's site! I think what you gave me was more of a direct hint, but I took it anyway and moved my playlist to the top. I tried to make it so that it does not start automatically, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I didn't want to get rid of it completely, so I moved it up, just to make you happy, whoever you are anonymous! ;-)

Cindy, I'm going to have to check into that movie. Thanks! :-)

Tami! You are getting good at the #5s! Just a little practice was all it took. I have to agree with anonymous though. I don't particularly appreciate people's music on their blogs. That is just because I can't read and listen at the same time. I only have one for the recent slide shows I have been doing. It will be gone soon enough. Oh wait there is another birthday, Mother's and Father's day, April Fools and much more coming up. I better keep it for the inevitable slide shows coming up. Unless somebody else wants to take over the job of entertaining everyone on these upcoming events...
