Those look yummy! mmmmmmmmmmmmm! You know Bonnie, you can substitute any oil or butter with Applesauce and it will still be yummy and healthy. ;)

Actually, the recipe calls them scones, yet you bake them, so I don't know what they really are. I just know they look good. I haven't tried them yet, though. :-)
