I just saw an article about an online journal created by a couple of BYU students. It's called Pyxlin. It's a nice idea. I don't know whether I'd do it, but I thought I'd pass on the idea to others who may be interested. It appears to me that you have the choice of publishing through them professionally or just printing it at home, so it doesn't have to be that expensive. There's a monthly or annual fee (annual being cheaper overall), and then you can do as much or as little as you want. You can add pictures, do color or black and white, choose from different bindings if you publish through them, etc. Everything is stored in their databases (through Amazon), with security encryption and all that. I think the one thing I like most about the idea of an online journal is that it is saved somewhere else so if anything ever happened to your home or wherever you keep your journal and it was lost, it would still be safe somewhere. Anyway, you can check it out for yourself if you'd like at http://pyxlinjournal.familylearn.com/home. Just thought I'd pass it on. :-)
