Little boy who wanted to help

The other day while I (Jeremy) was in AZ, my sister and her 4-year-old son were over helping me paint.

We finished one room and were onto the next when said son was getting bored and decided he wanted to help a little more. He found a paint brush we were using in the other room and came to the door of the room we were working on and said, "Mommy, look what I found!" As my sister opened the door, to our horror we found he was trying to stick the WET, BLUE PAINTBRUSH (insert pic here) from the other room under the door to show mommy. Needless to say, blue carpet was not exactly what we were going for, especially since we are trying to sell the house, and the carpet is light brown. So we quickly cleaned up the mess, and my sister decided it was nap time. Pineapple Princess, you need to send those pictures so that we can insert a pic here.

How long did it take you to paint the rest of the carpet to match?

Hey you, you stole my story!!! That's what I get for talking you into doing a blogspot I guess.

He didn't tell you that he was SOOOO patient. I downgraded my fury from a category 5 to a 1 just because I knew you all could laugh at it in my/his blog.

Dont you just love backtracking when the ORIGINAL job was daunting enough! How long did it take to get the carpet clean, and did it all come out?
