Funny Misperceptions!

My 7-yr.-old daughter was talking on the phone to a friend of mine last night. She informed her that "the only reason we moved here was because Mommy had [youngest brother]." LOL! We have joked a lot about moving right after having babies because we moved here when he was 5 1/2 weeks old, and we moved to our previous home when our second child was 3 weeks old. Apparently, she really thought that was why we moved! Hahaha! I told her we moved because Daddy got a job here. "Ohhhh!" LOL! That really had my friend and I laughing for awhile. Too funny! :-) Love ya, Sis! :-)

Just a side note, I told my husband this morning that we already had a dog and a cat and therefore did not need a pet (he's bugged me for ages about wanting a dog). My little puppy and kitty (who has now turned into a monkey) have been crawling all around me, over me, on me--barking, purring, meowing, and whatever it is monkeys do (screeching? ooh, ooh, ahh, ahh!)--all morning long! The best thing about these pets is that if I get tired of the "animals" I can tell them to be cute, little boys again! Funny how the kitty miraculously turned into a person again when informed that no, he could not have candy because it would make the kitty sick. "I'm a person now, so can I please have some candy?!" LOL! Pretty big kitty, too! Must not be a domestic cat. It's a regular zoo around here! ;-)
