Mmmmm, good! :-)

So last night, Matthew refused to eat his green beans in his dinner. Wouldn't even try them. I told him he'd have to eat them today. So today for lunch, he was sitting at the table for the longest time just staring at them and picking out what was left of non-green-bean food in the bowl. Suddenly, I hear, "Mmmm!" and find him eating his green beans like he just couldn't get enough of them! I said, "See? They're yummy, aren't they!?" He agreed and continued eating them, and when he finished, he even got down and picked a few up off the floor that he had "dropped" previously. LOL! I guess he finally decided to actually TRY the green beans and realized they really were good! Gotta love it! :-)

I just had to share that because I thought it was so funny how adamant he was not to eat them until he actually tried one and how he actually seemed surprised that he liked them. It was really cute! :-)
