It looks like someone got ahold of your camera and took a picture of their nostril. The fact that there is no obvious nose hairs, leads me to believe is was a child. I really should be a PI.
I'm with Amy in that someone got a hold of your camera, but I think it looks like a mole or a huge scab.
Top one is a mole, bottom one is a nostril- by the way, that mole doesn't look to good- better get it checked out!

I may be WAY off, but it looks like a super close up of ear canals? Someone have an ear infection or recently had tubes put in?
I think the first one is the mole.
HEENT: (Head, eyes, ears, nose and throat). Nose: Nares are clear. Ears: Tympanic membrane intact.
I have nooooooooooooo idea! ROFL!
